What To Expect Without Treatment

Depending on the cause of your headache, your headache may subside or may persist. If your headache is driven by dehydration or sinus issues, it is likely that water consumption and cleansing of sinus’ will reduce the amount of tension experienced.

However, if your persistent headache is due to poor posture or a whiplash injury, it is unlikely that it will resolve unless the nerves, joints and muscles are relieved of tension.
